Supporting neurodiversity in your organisation
Build a workplace where neurodivergent people thrive and your whole business thrives with them.
Companies
As understanding of ADHD and neurodiversity continues to grow, organisations that take a thoughtful, informed approach are seeing tangible benefits, including improved retention, stronger performance, and more inclusive cultures.
I offer training, workshops and consultancy that help organisations better understand ADHD and neurodiversity, support their people effectively, and create workplaces where everyone can thrive.
With 20 years’ experience in HR across advertising, marketing and creative businesses, a focus on diversity and inclusion has been a consistent thread throughout my career. In my most senior roles at iCrossing and Smart Energy GB, I developed and embedded people strategies that put inclusion at the heart of organisational culture. Combined with my own lived experience of ADHD, I bring both strategic expertise and personal insight to every piece of work.
What I offer:
ADHD 1:1 Coaching
I work with organisations to provide 1:1 ADHD coaching for employees as part of a broader wellbeing or inclusion offering. This can be funded directly by the employer, or in many cases through the government’s Access to Work scheme, which can cover the cost of coaching for employees with ADHD.
Sessions are confidential, delivered online or in person in Brighton, and tailored entirely to the individual.
ADHD & Neurodiversity Awareness Training
Half-day or full-day workshops for teams and/or managers, covering what ADHD and neurodiversity actually mean, how they show up at work, and practical strategies for supporting neurodivergent colleagues. Delivered in person or online.
Lunch & Learns
A 60–90 minute accessible introduction to ADHD and neurodiversity for whole teams. A great starting point for organisations looking to raise awareness and begin their neurodiversity inclusion journey.
Policy Review & Consultancy
A review of your existing HR policies, practices and processes through a neurodiversity lens. I’ll identify gaps, make practical recommendations, and help you develop an approach that genuinely works for neurodivergent employees.
Disability Confident Employer Scheme
Disability Confident is a UK government scheme designed to help employers recruit, retain, and develop disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. It operates on a voluntary, three-level framework (Committed, Employer, and Leader). I can support your organisation through the Disability Confident accreditation process, from Committed right through to the highest level of the scheme. Having personally led Disability Confident accreditation in two organisations, including achieving Leader status at Smart Energy GB, I know exactly what’s required, where organisations typically get stuck and how to build an approach that is genuinely embedded in your culture rather than a tick-box exercise.
Building a Neuroinclusive Workplace
A more in-depth consultancy engagement exploring how your organisation attracts, supports and retains neurodivergent talent. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and reasonable adjustments, we look at the whole picture.
E-Learning
Self-paced ADHD and neurodiversity awareness modules for organisations wanting to reach large numbers of people at scale. Available as standalone content or as part of a wider programme.
