Hello,

I’m Sorrel Lucy Shalet

I’m an ADHD coach, and I have ADHD. I also spent years in the professional world wondering why everything that came easily to others felt like wading through treacle for me.

Now I help adults, especially those working in demanding environments, understand their ADHD brain, work with it instead of against it, and build a life that actually feels good.

My approach brings together 20 years in HR and people development, evidence-based ADHD coaching, and lifestyle medicine; because how you sleep, move, eat and manage stress is inseparable from how your brain performs.

Is this coaching right for you?

You might be in the right place if…
  • You’ve always known you were capable, but something always seems to get in the way
  • You’re exhausted from masking at work and holding it all together on the outside
  • Deadlines, admin, and ‘simple’ tasks feel disproportionately hard
  • You suspect you have ADHD but haven’t been diagnosed yet
  • You were diagnosed recently and don’t quite know what to do with that information
  • You had a diagnosis for a while, but there are still areas of your life you struggle with
  • You want practical strategies, not just someone to talk to
  • You’re ready to stop white-knuckling it and start building something that works for your brain

Why choose Sorrel Lucy ADHD Coaching

There are lots of ADHD coaches out there. Here’s what makes working with me different.

I have ADHD. I’m not coaching you from the outside; I’ve lived this. The late nights, the shame spirals, the brilliant ideas that never quite made it off the ground. I get it at a level a textbook can’t teach. I come from the professional world. I know the specific pressures of professional environments, the meetings, the emails, the performance reviews, the politics. My coaching speaks that language.

I take a whole-person approach. Through my training in lifestyle medicine, I understand that your ADHD doesn’t exist in isolation. Sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress all affect how your brain works — and we address all of it.

I’ve spent the last two decades coaching employees and managers to be their best in some of the most creative and successful marketing and communications organisations in UK. I’m currently completing my professional ADHD coaching qualification with Barrett Coaching and Training. The qualification is dual accredited by the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance. So you can be confident that I’m here to help.
