Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
No. Some of the people I work with have a diagnosis, some are waiting for an assessment, and some have decided coaching is the right route for them without one. What matters is that ADHD (diagnosed, suspected, or self-identified) is part of your story and you want support that actually understands it.

Do you offer online coaching sessions?
Yes — most of my coaching happens online, which means I work with adults across the UK, not just in Brighton. If an in-person session in Brighton works better for you, that’s something we can discuss.

What’s different about your approach to ADHD coaching?
I bring together three things: evidence-based ADHD coaching, 20 years’ experience in HR and people development, and lifestyle medicine. That last part matters more than people expect — how you sleep, eat, move and manage stress genuinely affects how your ADHD brain performs day to day. So we don’t just talk strategies for your calendar; we look at the whole picture.

Are you a coach with ADHD yourself?
Yes. I was diagnosed later in life, and I know first-hand what it’s like to feel like everything that comes easily to other people is a much bigger effort for you.

How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you’re working on, but most clients find a 6 or 12-session package gives enough time to build real, lasting change rather than a quick fix that fades. We can talk through what makes sense for you on a discovery call.

Do you work with companies as well as individuals?
Yes. Alongside 1:1 coaching, I work with organisations on ADHD and neurodiversity training — lunch & learns, half and full-day workshops, policy review, and building neuroinclusive workplaces. I’ve achieved Disability Confident Leader status in a previous HR role, so I bring that practical experience as well as the coaching side.

Where are you based?
I’m based in Brighton, East Sussex, and work with clients both locally and online across the UK.

How do I get started?
The first step is a discovery call — a no-pressure conversation to see if we’re a good fit before you commit to anything. [Link to booking/contact.]
