How we can work together

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, long-diagnosed but feeling stuck, or simply suspect that ADHD might be behind some of the challenges you’re facing, I’d love to help.

All coaching is delivered online via video call, or in person (if you prefer and you’re local to me in Brighton). Sessions are conversational, practical, and completely confidential.

Discovery Call

Not sure if coaching is right for you? Start here. We’ll have an honest conversation about what’s going on for you, what you’re hoping to change, and whether we’re a good fit. There’s no obligation and no sales pitch.

Coaching Options

Once we’ve had our discovery call and you’ve decided you’d like to start your coaching journey with me, we will decide how many sessions are suitable to support you in achieving your goals. We may decide on a fixed number or keep it open.

You may be eligible for funding for coaching via the government’s ‘Access to Work’ scheme. More information about this is available here.

*Please note, I am currently offering a reduced rate as I build my practice.

How it Works

1. Book your free discovery call — tell me what’s going on

2. We agree on a plan that fits your goals and budget

3. We start working — at your pace, in your way

All sessions are held in complete confidence, either online or in person. I’m not here to judge you, fix you, or tell you what to do. I’m here to help you understand yourself better and support you to find solutions and strategies that work for you and help you achieve your goals.
